Shipping Policy

Standard Timeline

Phase Duration
Production Approximately 30 days from spec approval
Ocean freight & transit Approximately 10–21 days (varies by port & carrier)
Final-mile delivery 5–7 business days after port arrival

In a typical order with no complications, total time from order confirmation to delivery is 45–65 days.

Variables That May Extend Your Timeline

Custom international manufacturing involves variables outside of our direct control. We want to be transparent about what those are so there are no surprises:

  • Customs inspection: US Customs and Border Protection may randomly select containers for inspection. When this happens, the container is held at the port until released. Inspection holds typically add 7–21 days to the timeline.
  • Freight complications: Port congestion, carrier delays, container shortages, weather events, and rerouting can extend ocean transit beyond the standard window.
  • Documentation review: Customs broker review of commercial invoices, bills of lading, or country-of-origin documentation can occasionally require additional clarification before release.

Our Commitment

When ocean-freight or customs complications occur, total delivery time may extend up to 80 days. We're transparent about this up front so there are no surprises — the overwhelming majority of orders land inside the 45–65 day window, and we keep you updated at every stage if anything shifts.
