COMMON QUESTIONS

What size turf can you make?
Most builds run 13ft wide × 70–100ft long. 13ft is the max width per piece — anything wider requires a second cut, seamed cleanly on-site. If your turf has designs (logos, lane lines, end-zone graphics), we match the cut lines so the artwork lines up across the seam. Send your footprint and we'll come back with the best cut plan.
What's the price range for custom turf?
Pricing varies per piece — every order is custom-cut, so size, design complexity, and customization all factor in. Send measurements and we'll come back with an exact number within 24 hours.
Do you install the turf?
We manufacture and ship the product only — we don't install. Most facilities use a local flooring contractor or their own staff. Roll-up turf is straightforward to lay; we ship with layout markings and seaming instructions so any commercial flooring installer can finish the job in a few hours.
What's the lead time?
4.5–8 weeks from approved design to your door. Manufacturer-direct — no middleman, no warehouse delay. If a recut is needed (rare), the back end of that window covers it.
Can I include multiple logos / sponsors?
Yes. Most builds include 1–3 logos (gym name, sponsor, partner). Add more as you need — pricing scales by print area, not logo count.
What if I just need a small section, not a full room?
Single sled lanes are our most common build. Start small — add zones later without re-doing existing turf. Seams blend cleanly.
Does it hold up to sleds and heavy loads?
Yes. Commercial-spec turf with reinforced backing. Built specifically for sled work, sprints, drops, and heavy weight. Standard backyard turf can't handle this; ours can.
