Sizes and seams

One piece is 13 ft wide. Wider turf is spliced.

Our max single-piece width is 13 ft. Past that, we join pieces with a seam. Here is what that means for your floor.

  • Max 13 ft wide per piece. Most builds run 13 ft wide and 70–100 ft long.
  • The seam goes on a lane line. The white line covers the join, so it reads as part of your layout.
  • Lines can show a slight mismatch at the seam. That is normal for spliced turf. We plan the cut to keep it small.
  • We confirm seam placement before production. You see and approve the plan first.

    Approve your mock-up

    We mock up your logo, colors and lines, and show you the seam plan if your turf is wider than 13 ft. Nothing is made until you approve.

    We print, cut and ship

    Printed, sealed and cut to spec in 4.5–8 weeks. Crated and rolled with layout and seaming instructions. You or your installer lay it down.

Common questions.

What size turf can you make?
Most builds run 13 ft wide × 70–100 ft long. 13 ft is the max width per piece. Anything wider is spliced, with the seam placed along a line in your layout. Lines can show a slight mismatch at the seam, and we confirm seam placement with you before production. Send your footprint and we'll come back with the best cut plan.
What's the price range for custom turf?
Pricing varies per piece. Every order is custom-cut, so size, design complexity, and customization all factor in. Send measurements and we'll come back with an exact number within 24-48 business hours.
Do you install the turf?
We manufacture and ship the product only. We don't install. Most facilities use a local flooring contractor or their own staff. We ship with layout markings and seaming instructions so a commercial flooring installer can finish the job.
What's the lead time?
4.5–8 weeks from approved design to your door. Manufacturer-direct, no middleman, no warehouse delay.
Can I include multiple logos or sponsors?
Yes. Most builds include 1–3 logos (gym name, sponsor, partner). Add more as you need. Pricing scales by print area, not logo count.
What if I just need a small section, not a full room?
Single sled lanes are our most common build. Start small and add zones later. A later piece will not always match an earlier one exactly at the join, so tell us if you plan to expand.
Does it hold up to sleds and heavy loads?
Yes. Commercial-spec turf with reinforced backing, built for sled work, sprints, drops, and heavy weight. Standard backyard turf can't handle this; ours can.
